So this week was pretty good - work is getting stressful as the busiest week is coming up (that would be next week). But I love it. I was pretty pumped.. we could wear Ohio State stuff today... I never knew I could get so excited to wear a hoody to work! Ha!

This past week was dedicated to catching up with friends! Took Emily out for her birthday @ Chipotle! Bonded with Sarah & Deborah by cooking dinner and watching some One Tree. Had dinner with Sara and Mama Mallalieu. And then finally... Karie "the hottie" Harpest is in town for the weekend!!! I love that we just spent an hour talking about what God has been doing in our lives! I love all of my friends! I am so incredibly blessed - and I don't tell you all enough!

So basically Ohio State is going to kill Michigan! Cedarville is going to destroy Walsh in vollyball. And I am going to fall asleep in a matter of 5 minutes! =)

Thank you Lord for always pursuing me no matter how stubborn I am!

Hello! Here's a quick update on life...

Work: So i've been @ Kenan Advantage for a little over a month and I am still loving it! I've become quite comfortable there, and really enjoy the people I work with. I took over the work for a lady who went on maturnity leave - so in a few weeks I don't know what I'll be doing! --Of course I'll still be there, but most likely learning something new. We'll see what's in store- I'm sure it'll be quite the adventure! It is also such an amzing place to witness - please pray that I will be able to get out of my comfort zone and be able to share Jesus with someone!  

School: I'm currently taking 2 classes online through Liberty - and they're pretty good. Its so nice not having to sit through classes and listen to lectures. Although I do have 15 DVDs that I have to watch for Theology - they're not too bad. I passed Bible350 with a B - thank you God! So graduation is this May - can't wait to be done! Then hopefully Culinary school within a year or two - still trying to decide what school to go to. I'm not setting anything in stone just yet - my job is too good to just put on hold for a year, so why not put school on hold. No worries - Culinary School WILL happen - sometime soon!

Church: Church is great. Getting involved in the college class - supposedly I'm cooking for every activity! Little do they realize, I don't really know how to cook that well, YET! I've been going to Bible Study on Thursdays through the class - its great. We've been on the subject of Prayer, its opened my eyes quite a bit to something that I knew so well.. but little did I know, there was so much more that I don't even think about. I've also been going to Curt Tinlin's bible study - we've been on the subject of Esther since August I believe. I love it! First of all, I love being around people that I'm not normally around from different churches. Second, I love learning about Esther and how it shows the struggle between the flesh vs. the spirit. There's so much in the OT that we just look past - it has really made me think of the presence of the Holy Spirit it every area of my life! Finally, I'm heading up a program for the Teen Helpers! I love getting to know the teens and even the cordinators of the departments! Its just kind of hard to juggle everything and make this a priority. But how often we do that with ministry. Sometimes we feel that no one is getting anything out of it that we want to quit or put it on the back burner, but we (I) must keep in mind that we are not doing this for praise or recognition, but to serve Jesus by serving others!

Anyways - life is great! I can't complain - because God is too good! I love my friends (yes, that was plural!) Jenny - Sarah - Deborah - we definitely have a good time together - hopefully many more! I miss all my friends who are away at college - I love you all! Alright - I'm off to church...

My hair is gone.

So basically this was my weekend! OSU vs. BGSU! We killed them - heck yes! And then my car got towed! Oooh well!

Tomorrow = Road Trip with Jenny & Sarah to Columbus for the OHIO STATE GAME with Brinnary! Holla!

wellllll I found a job! I am currently a Billing Clerk @ Kenan Advantage Group. A-thank you! So far - since monday - I am loving it! love it! love it! love it! I am actually taking over for this girl who is going to have a baby here within the next week - so I have some pretty big shoes to fill! Ooh and I have my own cubicle! That excites me. And my own pass with my picture on it that i have to show in front of this thingy to get in the doors! oh yes - pretty good pay and full benefits! Thank you Jesus for answering my prayers! Most of all - crazy good place to witness!

Thats basically my life as of lately. Work 8-5. Bible study, family time, or Jenny time! Then sleep (did I mention that I go to bed before midnight now?? shocking - i know!). Oh yes... haven't touched my school work for this week - oh well! I'll get to it tomorrow. =)
